On February 23, 2010, George C. Marshall will hold its 10th annual senior ethics day. Ethics day at Marshall was co-founded by Matthew Brennan and Carol Waite.

The law firm of Brennan & Waite, P.L.C. will continue to commit time and resources to the following community events:

ETHICS DAY

The law firm currently provides significant time to the senior ethics day programs at James Madison High School, George C. Marshall High School and South Lakes High School.

TASTE OF THE TOWN

The law firm has provided time and resources to the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce Taste of the Town for the past thirteen years. This event, which takes place each June, highlights the restaurants of Reston and provides a business showcase as well.

VIVA VIENNA

Matthew Brennan has been the liaison between the Vienna Rotary Club and the ride vendor for this event for the past twelve years. The Viva Vienna festival raises money for grants to local and international charitable organizations. The funds raised by the festival are only used for those purposes. In 2009, the Vienna Rotary Club gave out over $100,000.00 in grants to 45 organizations.

OCTOBERFEST

The law firm has supported this relatively new Reston event for the two years of its existence. The 2009 event will feature amusement rides and Matthew Brennan will serve as liaison between the ride vendor and the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce.
